Custom Round Brush — Every Detail You Can Personalize
A round brush is one of the most spec-heavy tools in a salon kit, and every element can be built to your brand. As an OEM/ODM custom round brush manufacturer, we let you specify the barrel, bristles, vents, top cap, handle, and exactly where your logo lands.
This guide walks through every option, so you can spec your own brush and then request a quote. Most builds start from existing molds, so there’s zero tooling cost, free stock samples, and 5–10 day sampling — ideal for private-label launches and seasonal salon ranges. Barrel Shape & Profile
The barrel profile decides how the brush moves through hair — pick one to match the look your brand is selling.

Classic Round
The standard cylindrical shape — consistent tension for volume, waves, or straightening on all hair types.

Hourglass Concave
The concave waist hugs the head so bristles reach the root for maximum lift and volume.

Conical Tapered
Varying diameter base-to-tip creates multi-dimensional curls — tighter at the root, looser at the ends.

Triangular Form
Three flat sides build higher tension to straighten curly or frizzy hair faster than a round barrel.

Square Ceramic
Part paddle, part round: flat sides smooth the hair while rounded corners create soft volume and waves.
Barrel Diameter Options
Seven standard barrel diameters in stock — smaller barrels grip more and curl tighter, larger barrels smooth and add a soft, wide bend.
Diameters shown are barrel only; outer diameter with bristles is larger. Custom diameters available on request.
Extended Barrel Lengths
Choose the barrel length that fits your styling range — longer barrels handle more hair per pass, ideal for long, thick hair and faster professional blowouts.

105 mm
Compact length for shorter styling and travel kits.

125 mm
The everyday standard for most hair lengths.

160 mm
Extended barrel for long, thick hair — more coverage per pass.
Barrel Coating Options
The barrel coating sets the look, heat behaviour and durability of the brush. Eight finishes available — including our own color-changing thermochromic.
Ceramic
Even heat, smooth glide
Copper
Fast, efficient heat-up
Titanium
Lightweight, durable, hot
Thermochromic
Color-changing by heat
Anodizing
Hard, anti-static surface
Pearl Ceramic
Soft pearl sheen finish
Shiny Ceramic
High-gloss premium look

Your own custom coating
Swatch colors are indicative — final color matched to your Pantone reference.
Color-Changing Technology
Two ways to build heat-reactive color change into your brush — on the nylon bristles or on the aluminum barrel. An eye-catching retail feature that also signals when the brush is at styling temperature.
Color-Changing Nylon Bristles
The nylon bristles shift color as they heat up — a vivid, brandable effect your customers see on every blowout.
Color-Changing Aluminum Barrel
A thermochromic coating on the aluminum barrel changes color with heat — doubling as a visual “ready to style” indicator.
Activation points available at 75°C (thin/fine hair) and 100°C (coarse hair) — colors matched to your Pantone reference.
Airflow Vent Patterns
Vent geometry trades off airflow against the metal surface that holds and conducts heat. Choose by drying speed vs. thermal styling.

Standard Round
The industry standard — a balanced equilibrium of barrel strength and air circulation.

Honeycomb Hex-Flow
The highest open surface area lets heat pass through fast for significantly quicker blow-drying.

Diamond / Square Grid
Excellent ventilation with a distinct, modern industrial look for luxury salon collections.

X-Cross Air Vents
The “X” keeps more metal for better heat retention while still permitting effective airflow.
Bristle Material & Fiber Technology
Bristle choice drives heat tolerance, glide and shine. Start with the fiber, then refine the texture and tips.

PA66 — Standard
Reliable heat resistance for general salon use.

PA46 — Premium
Built for heavy professional blowouts without deforming. Ionic-infused options reduce frizz.
Texture & Tips

Full Straight Nylon
Smooth glide for sleek, polished styling.

Mixed Texture
The balance point of smoothness and grip.

Crimped / Wavy
Zigzag texture adds surface area for maximum grip and volume.

100% Pure Boar
Distributes natural sebum root to tip for shine, with no damage to the hair.

Boar + Nylon (30/70)
Detangling power of nylon with the smoothing benefit of boar.

Porcupine Blend
Longer nylon pins penetrate while shorter boar polishes — best for thick hair.

Boar + Ball-Tip Pin
Boar polishing plus a gentle scalp massage from ball-tipped pins.

Crimped + Ball-Tips
Strong grip with a soft, scalp-safe touch from epoxy ball tips.
Custom Bristle Color
Match the nylon bristle color to your brand. Four standard colors are stocked; fully custom bristle colors are available for larger custom orders.

Tufting Patterns & Density
How bristles are planted changes tension, airflow and curl behaviour — independent of the fiber you choose.
Standard Vertical (High Density)
Straight vertical rows for consistent tension and uniform grip. The classic all-purpose configuration for styling and straightening.
Spiral (Helix) Pattern
A spiral formation around the barrel lets hair glide through without tangling — maximizing volume and natural-looking waves.
180° Half-Round
Bristles on one side only: use the bristled side for grip and the smooth metal side to heat and polish the cuticle.
Wide-Spaced (Low Density)
Rows spaced further apart maximize airflow and reduce drying time — great for detangling thick or wet hair with less resistance.
Hybrid Comb-Guide (Bristle + Teeth)
Stiff nylon bristles plus rows of soft plastic teeth: the teeth separate strands for defined curls while the bristles smooth.
Top Cap Design
The cap is prime branding real estate — each style suits a different logo method.

Internal Fit Cap
Sits flush inside the barrel for a streamlined profile. Best for permanent 3D mold-engraved or debossed logos.

External Flat Cap
Sits atop the barrel edge — a perfect surface for bold, multi-color pad printing or silk screening.

Wrapped Cap
A wrapped finish for a high-end styling look with a printed brand mark.

Air-Flow Open Cap
An open center channels hot air through the barrel for faster drying; the solid rim takes precision pad printing.
Handle Molds, Materials & Styles
Skip the expensive R&D phase — choose from 50+ existing handle molds at zero tooling cost, then pick the body material and style that matches your brand’s look and price point.
Body Materials & Styles
Glossy
Bright, polished body straight from the mold — a clean, vivid look that’s easy to wipe down.
ABS / TPR / Rubber Paint
Durable ABS/TPR body with a premium soft-touch rubber paint coating for a matte, grippy feel.
ABS + Wheat Straw
Bio-filled, recyclable material for a lower-impact, natural brand story.
Electroplated
Mirror-metallic electroplated finish for a high-end, salon-luxury shelf presence.
Custom color available — matched to your Pantone number (full range from black to white and beyond).
Anti-Static & Anti-Mold Technology
Two engineered surface technologies that protect both the hair and the brush — available as upgrades on custom orders.
⚡ Anti-Static
The bristle surface undergoes a special anodizing process that forms a uniform conductive oxide film, effectively eliminating the static electricity generated by friction between hair and bristles during combing — for softer, silkier results.
✿ Anti-Mold (Nano-Silver)
Nano-silver particles incorporated into the brush surface bind to proteins in the cell membranes of mold and microorganisms, disrupting them to achieve long-term antibacterial and mold-removing effects.
Logo & Brand Placement
Your logo can go in three places, each with its own method and durability.

Top Cap Branding
Front-facing placement for instant shelf recognition.

Neck Ring & Base
Wraps the neck/base for visibility from every angle.

Main Handle Body
Long-lasting branding on the part hands touch most.

Custom Round Brush — FAQ
How customizable is a round brush — what can I change?
Nearly everything: barrel shape (round, concave/hourglass, conical, triangular, square) and diameter, vent hole pattern, bristle material (PA66, PA46, boar or blends), planting pattern and density, top-cap style, handle mold and finish, plus logo placement and method.
What barrel diameters do you offer?
Standard barrel diameters are 19, 25, 32, 43, 53, 65 and 80 mm. Smaller barrels grip more and curl tighter; larger barrels smooth and add a soft, wide bend. Custom diameters are available on request.
PA66 vs PA46 bristles — what’s the difference?
PA66 nylon handles heat to ~220°C, fine for everyday salon use. PA46 withstands ~285°C for heavy professional blowouts without deforming, and can be ionic-infused to reduce frizz.
Boar bristle, nylon, or a blend?
100% boar smooths the cuticle and adds shine (great for fine/normal hair); nylon grips and detangles; a boar-nylon blend (e.g. 30/70 or a porcupine layout) balances grip and polish for thick hair.
Where can you print our logo, and how?
On the top cap (engraved/debossed or printed), the neck ring/base (360° visibility), or the handle body. Methods include mold engraving, pad printing, silk screen and wrap printing.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
From 300 pcs per size. Stock molds carry a lower MOQ than fully custom tooling — we’ll quote both options.
Do you offer samples, and how long do they take?
Yes — free stock samples, with sampling in 5–10 days. Each order also gets a signed pre-production sample so the bulk run matches your approval.
Can you make thermal/ceramic round brushes and FBA-ready packaging?
Yes — ceramic-coated and aluminum thermal barrels are available, and we can supply retail/FBA-ready packaging with barcodes and labeling.
Can you match our brand’s Pantone color?
Yes — barrel coatings, handles and packaging can all be matched to your Pantone reference. Bristles come in four stock colors (black, gold, grey, white); fully custom bristle colors are available for larger custom orders.
What certifications does your factory hold?
CE, ISO 9001, BSCI social compliance, Intertek testing, CA Prop 65 and RoHS compliance and four registered design patents, plus CPSC-CH-E1003 lead-safe testing. Full certificates are available on request, and we welcome third-party factory audits.
